Vice President, Design and Construction

Vice President, Design and Construction wanted by Vantage Airport Group (US) Ltd. in New York, New York.

Lead design, procurement and construction planning and implementation consistent with strategic plans for major airport and other development projects. Oversee and manage the construction documentation, procurement, negotiations and issue resolution during construction, commissioning, fit up and occupancy. Lead strategic and conceptual planning, design and implementation of the major developments by working with internal and external stakeholders, consultants, contractors and leaders regarding project plans, budgets, scope, progress, status and deliverables. Develop processes to assess project risks, identifies risk mitigation strategies and monitors risk throughout the life cycle of projects.

Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or closely related and 15 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the field, which includes 2 years in the job offered or in engineering management in airport infrastructure design and construction. Salary: $307,000/year.
