    Located at the Denver International Airport (DEN), the Program Manager supports the delivery of innovation and technology programs focused on improving the customer experience, increasing the airport’s operational efficiency, and transforming the passenger’s journey to, through and from the airport.  Reporting to the Senior Director, Innovation and Program Delivery, the Program Manager executes program management functions to include the planning, coordinating, scheduling, and fulfilling project activities to ensure projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.  This position will also manage the business relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders within the Vantage network. 


    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Coordinating and executing project activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget and scope
    • Overseeing all aspects of program and project responsibilities
    • Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives
    • Developing comprehensive and detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, setting and /or managing deadlines
    • Working with vendors from multiple workstreams to ensure project delivery and execution
    • Tracking and monitoring vendors performance in accordance with the contract requirements
    • Managing relationships with DEN, Vantage teams, and third parties and ensuring all project stakeholders are engaged
    • Coordinating with DEN, Vantage departments and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution and delivery of projects
    • Monitoring, tracking and summarizing/measuring project progress and preparing regular project status reports for the leadership team
    • Managing and facilitating change during the life cycle of the projects
    • Escalating issues to DEN and Vantage management as required
    • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation



    You possess the following experience and abilities:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, relevant field or equivalent work experience is required
    • 5 years of proven work experience in project management function
    • Good understanding of project requirements and implementation process
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, proficiency in on-line search tools, task management software and project management software
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • With Systems Thinking mindset, solid organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multitask
    • A self-starter, team player, and an independent thinker
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
